Protection of personal data of users by AT
In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter "RGPD") on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Amigos Travel 2.0, S.L (hereinafter "AT"), with CIF: B35999648 and adress: Avenida Aiguera (bajos Atrium Plaza), 3, Benidorm, 03501 , Alicante, as responsible for the treatment, informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for AT and under its responsibility, with the purpose of carrying out the maintenance and management of the relation with the user, as well as the work of information.
